Willie,
This is GREAT! I hope you get some referrals from it. I agree with
your article. Are you going to weigh in on a regular basis? It’d be
cool if you could profile specific problems (or solutions) that
homeowners should be aware of. That way it’ll make it less scary for
them. IF they don’t know what you are likely to find during an
audit, they’re likely to be afraid to have someone tell them. Some
examples of small investment, large payoff would lower that fear.
